It's a maths problem that doesn't add up. You're left stomping trash down into the wheelie bin on day nine, praying the lid closes so the foxes don't scatter your leftovers across the driveway.
And let's be honest about the trip to the tip. Nobody wants to load dirty bags into the boot of a clean car and sit in traffic on the A29 just to get rid of what should have been collected from the kerb.
